What do you do?

HMS Group continuously introduces better products into local and International market for the past 47 years since established in 1970. We once again express our deep appreciation to our customers’ support for HMS Group’s growth. Contact us if you do not find your product on our list.

Are Products Inspected Before Delivery?

Yes. We have an inspection team that inspects every shipment before delivery. We make sure all our products are standard and in accordance to our clients need.

What if i don't receive shipment after payment?

It is very rare that a client does not receive their shipment. We have had 100% success deliveries in every continent. In case client does not receive shipment caused by our company, we will refund money back in full or re-send shipment.

What are your Payment Terms?

New customers are required to pay by T/T. Cost of shipment will determine upfront percentage. Other clients can pay cash on delivery depending on their location (Ukraine and Belgium Only). Existing clients can pay cash on delivery and are also eligible for goods on credit.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Each Product has their MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). Kindly contact us with product you need and we will let you know the minimum quantity we can ship.

How do i ship After Purchase?

We have a team that will aid you with logistics from our warehouse to shipping port. They will also make sure all documents are correct needed for you to clear your shipment at port of destination.
